On Sunday, 6 October 2019, the Friends of Phoenix held a Car Boot and Tabletop Sale at Froxfield War Memorial Hall as a fundraising event for the Band and the War Memorial Hall. The Friends would like to extend a very big THANK YOU to everyone who came, contributed or supported the event. Thankfully, the weather improved from overnight and enabled 23 car boot and tabletop sellers to display their wares inside and outside the Hall. There were bargains galore and a really good atmosphere throughout the day.
2018
On Saturday, 29 September 2018, the Friends of Phoenix held a Coffee Morning at Burbage Village Hall. Friends, supporters and local villagers supported the event and enjoyed the customary coffee, tea and cake as well as browsing and buying from the various stalls, including tombola, cakes, bric a brac and different crafts.
