The Training Band meets each Saturday morning and is made up of an enthusiastic group of players of all ages who get together to learn, have fun and make music.

There are in fact two groups!  The Beginners' Group is for the real novices who are just getting to grips with their instruments.  There are 10 in this group and they are getting better every week.

The more established section of the training band also has 10 members and is now able to go out and entertain - their last engagement was playing at the Froxfield Gardening Clubs annual plant sale in May and .

Thanks must go to the willing helpers who turn up each week to help all these trainees in their musical endeavours.

We still have room for more - and plenty of instruments lying idle so spread the word that Froxfield Hall is the place to be on a Saturday morning.
